Welcome
to the Loburn Abbey World War II Aviation experience, where you will be wound back in time to the dark skies of the Battle over
Britian.

From
our private 1940s era based Loburn Abbey Airfield you can either take to the skies in a two seat replica P-51D Mustang
and patrol the coast from North Canterbury down to the Godley Head gun implacements and other local 'targets', or experience
a 'checkflight' in a two seat replica Tigermoth (an aircraft used as the WWII British training aircraft for fighter
pilots) around North Canterbury...or you can choose the ultimate package and experience both missions!

The Canterbury region offers stunning scenery
with snow capped mountains, rivers, and coast lines only minutes from each other, allowing for great aerial viewing.
This combined with our World War II theme allows for a truly unique and unforgettable aviation experience. Loburn
Abbey Airfield is only 40 minutes drive northwest of Christchurch International Airport. A great activity for
Corporate groups, birthdays, visitors, and other special occassions - of course you dont need a special reason to
have fun though!

As with any visual aerial operation,
flights are weather and aircraft serviceability dependent. Both aircraft also are limited to certain weight
restrictions, so passenger weight is limited to 85kg for the Mustang and 110kg for the Tigermoth. Our small team includes
an experienced joyride commercial pilot.
